We couldn’t agree more at Studio Go, and it is a core part of our mission statement. While learning dance (as well as anything else in life) is very important, we think there’s an equally important component of building character. This is why we don’t simply teach dance, we seek to create a fun, caring environment for kids to be themselves and learn important life lessons.
We learn to use our “watching eyes” and “listening ears”, to be respectful of our friends and wait our turn. We learn to say “please” and “thank you”, and we learn how to be patient, use kind words, and how to work as team.
Thank you for giving Studio Go the opportunity to teach your child plies and tendus, and for also giving us the opportunity to help shape little beings who are more well-rounded and compassionate. From our family to yours, Happy MLK Day!
