CLASS CANCELLATIONS
For locations that pay monthly, tuition is due on the first of each month. After 2 weeks (the 15th of each month), tuition is considered late and a $10 late fee is assessed.
There is a $20 fee for all returned checks.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as personal checks.
RECITALS
Recitals are held on-site in May of each year. There are no recital or costume fees for Studio Go dancers. Dancers borrow the costumes from Studio Go and return them after each performance. That being said, we understand the nostalgia of a child’s first dance recital and offer parents the opportunity to purchase their child’s costume (whenever possible, depending on availability). Costume requests/orders must be turned into our office by January 15th. Reminders will go out at the beginning of December.
This is under the assumption of a normal school year. In acts of God or other instances, like a pandemic, we may not be able to hold an in-person recital.
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Children must meet the minimum age requirement for the program enrolling in. In addition, children must be potty-trained in order to participate in any of our programs (except for Bouncing Babies).
HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL CLOSINGS
Studio Go follows the public school closings (Atlanta Public Schools, Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, etc) for the location in which your school is located for Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Break. For other holidays, we follow the calendar of the school. For inclement weather or emergency situations Studio Go will follow the public school closings, or the school’s closing, if the school is closed when public schools are open. In cases of closings we will schedule a makeup class whenever possible. If Studio Go cancels a class (without the school being closed), we will schedule a makeup or give a refund.
PRORATING OF TUITION/ABSENCES
Please note that we do not prorate for absences. If for any reason class is missed due to an emergency, we will schedule a makeup or issue a refund. Special cases may be granted if we are informed of absences in advance. Examples of this would be a family traveling abroad for weeks at a time, or a child who has a chronic illness. Sickness, doctor’s appointments, vacations, etc are not examples of a special case.
CANCELLATION/DROPPING OF CLASSES
Cancellation must be made to our office. Please do not notify your child’s location or teacher. Our office must be notified in order to prevent future billing.
REFUNDS
Refunds are given for any unused tuition. For example, if your child were to drop mid-month, you would receive a partial refund. Registration fees are refundable for the first 30 days. Once classes have started, 50% of the registration fee is refundable. After 30 days registration fees are non-refundable.
PHOTOGRAPHY

CLASS ATTIRE
StudioGo teachers may alter your child’s attire. Examples include:
- Taping of taps on tap shoes (We do this to help prevent little ones from slipping)
- Trimming of shoes laces (often ballet laces are very long. We will trim them and tuck them inside to prevent the student from missing out on class due to trying to fix her shoes)
- Labeling attire (a teacher may write your child’s name in her shoes, if you haven’t done so already)
- Studio Go is not responsible for any lost item. If it is valuable, please leave it at home and do not wear to dance class. Labeling all shoes and clothes is a great way to prevent lost items.
Please do not remove the tape. If you have questions or issues with any of the above, you must notify our office immediately.
